Licence

Commercial terms for Tablin 1.x.

Effective 1 November 2026. Copyright (c) 2026 Dwayne Charrington. All rights reserved.

Coverage

This licence covers Tablin v1.x. The price is US$99 per integrating developer, paid once. A valid purchase includes perpetual use of covered versions and all minor and patch updates within v1.x. A future major version requires separate coverage. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Grant

After a valid purchase, the copyright owner grants the purchaser a non-exclusive licence for the purchased number of integrating developers to install and use the compiled Software in their applications. Those applications may be used internally or supplied to customers. Their compiled bundles may include the Software as part of the application.

CI systems and application end users do not need additional developer seats. Each person who integrates or develops against the Software needs a covered seat. A seat may be reassigned when its previous holder stops integrating the Software; reassignment does not permit simultaneous sharing.

Use of lawfully obtained covered versions continues indefinitely, including after a later major version is released. The purchaser may deploy covered applications to additional customers without per-user, per-server or per-domain fees.

Delivery

Delivery contains compiled JavaScript, API declarations, CSS, external worker assets, documentation, a runnable example and notices. It does not include implementation TypeScript, private repository access, source-bearing maps, private signing keys or a right to obtain them. API declarations and usage examples describe integration; they do not grant ownership of the implementation.

The delivered capabilities and tested environments are identified in the release manifest and product documentation. The finished-product specification includes additional planned work; it does not change the features supplied by this release or promise a completion date.

Restrictions

The purchaser may bundle, minify and deploy the supplied runtime as part of their applications. They may not sell, sublicense, publish or distribute the Software as a standalone library, expose its package archives to unlicensed developers, or remove its copyright notices. A reusable SDK, grid builder or application-builder product that gives third parties direct access to Tablin's integration API requires a separate written agreement.

No right to use Tablin's name or marks to imply endorsement is granted. Rights required by applicable law are preserved.

Updates and support

All v1.x minor and patch updates are included. Email support is available through the seller contact details in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, without a guaranteed response time or service-level agreement. There is no managed hosting service.

Deployed applications do not require a vendor account, licence-service connection or runtime activation to retain access to their records and grid workflows. A purchase key identifies the licence; it is not a remote kill switch.

Purchase rights

Payment and refund terms are displayed through the checkout provider. Nothing in this licence excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Product support and the current commercial terms are available at https://tablin.dev/licence/.

The copyright owner retains rights not expressly granted. No right to publish the private repository or distribute implementation sources is granted.
